An image from besieged Ukraine eerily recalls medieval paintings of the 13th station of the cross -- The Body of Jesus Is Taken Down from the Cross.

The corpus, or body of the crucified Christ, from the Armenian Cathedral in Lviv was taken down and hidden in a bunker in case of shelling. A number of other monuments in the city have been dismantled and safely wrapped.
