WATCH: Kindergartener shows that you’re never too young to put some good out into the world

Zoe Romanowsky - published on 02/01/17

Little girl launched 'Lemonade for Love' to show foster kids some love

After a family lost everything they had in a tornado, a little girl named A’layah — one of their neighbors — donated all the money she had saved to help them. Then the kindergartener had another idea: she wanted to help children who were in foster care, just as she had been before she was adopted. So A’layah launched  “Lemonade for Love,” which has since become a community project. The group raises money to fill bags with blankets, toys, personal care products, and Bibles — and then they’re delivered to kids who need some hope and love. A’layah reminds us that all of us can spread a little light in the world if we let ourselves be inspired.
