According to Down Syndrome Education International, few people with Down Syndrome will ever be able to sing. Typically, people with this condition must produce twice the standard vocal energy to produce the sound to speak and their voices are in a low tone so singing can be very challenging. A 12 year-old girl named Madison is defying the odds and statistics, however, by following her dreams as a singer. She works on vocal techniques to improve the tone and range of her of voice and here, she performs one of her favorite songs, John Lengend’s All of Me.
