Slow down and enter into the true spirit of Advent with these wonderful free online retreats.

Advent is a beautiful, special time in the liturgical year, but it can be hard to really slow down and savor it. A great way to enter into the true spirit of Advent is to make time for a retreat.

If you’d like to take part in an Advent retreat this year, check out these 3 events designed to help you have a more meaningful Advent. All of them are free! And they’re all available online, so you can participate in them from anywhere.

Heroic Men Summit

“Don’t wait until next year to catch a new vision. Invest 2 hours in this free virtual event on Saturday, December 10, and hit the ground running in 2023!”

Join Fr. John Riccardo, John Edwards, and Dominic de Souza as they connect how Catholic identity as men impacts every other area of life. “If you want to take your life to the next level next year, this powerful virtual event is for you.”

Presented by the Catholic Men’s Leadership Alliance, this summit is for men from across the globe. You can sign up for the event at HeroicMen.com or CatholicMenLeaders.org.

Holy Cross Advent Virtual Retreats

Join Holy Cross priests for Advent mini-retreats on Sunday, December 11, for a reflection on Joy and on Sunday, December 18, for a reflection on Love.

The series covers every Sunday of Advent, and you can download the talks afterward if you miss any of them!

The Pray More Advent Retreat

This self-paced retreat can be done whenever you want, but with an online community!

Inspiring talks from a variety of Catholic speakers will help you prepare for the birth of Christ. Every talk comes with a transcript, study guide, and downloadable audio and video.
