The Bocellis are happy to declare their love for each other for all to see.

When you’re married to a world famous opera singer, it must be difficult to join him on stage and sing together. However, in a sweet moment that Bocelli shared on his DVD Cinema in 2016, Veronica Berti Bocelli joined her husband for a loving rendition of “Cheek to Cheek” by Irving Berlin.

While you might remember the song from the movie Top Hat starring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, this big band version seems all the more meaningful considering it involved two actual spouses singing on stage, and there was no hiding their love.

Although Bocelli started off on stage alone, his wife joined him at a perfect point when he sang in Italian “you are the most incredible woman, there is,” as shared by Classic FM. While the tenor sang mainly in his mother tongue, Veronica — who is a producer and her husband’s manager — sang beautifully in English.

As she gently guided him around the stage, it was lovely to see the very tender moment as the pair declared they were “in heaven.”

A talent for music definitely runs in the Bocelli family. with the couple’s daughter Virginia often singing alongside her dad, including this beautiful rendition of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah.” And of course, Bocelli’s son, Matteo, is a professional singer who also sings with his father.
