Recently, a video of Florida prisoners praising God in song was posted on Instagram. The short clip of these 260 inmates is a beautiful example of the positive effects that time behind bars can have on prisoners when they use it to embrace their faith, and hopefully turn their lives around.
It’s an impressive sight with the male chorus standing up, many with arms in the air, and singing from the tops of their lungs “How He Loves.” As the post explains, the prison holds 1,600 men, and these strong voices of faith were so loud that it would have been impossible for the other inmates to have ignored their cries of faith.
Posted by God Behind Bars, the post explains how “hundreds have gotten saved at this prison,” and it’s not surprising with the passion these men display in their praise of God.
So take a few seconds to feel the contagious joy of being filled with God’s love.
