Going to Mass can be a little daunting for parents, especially for those with young children. After all, in a sacred setting where people come for quiet reflection and prayer, kids’ less-than-perfect behavior can seem magnified.
But it’s important to remember that when God welcomes us into His house He, too, is a parent, and an experienced one at that! He’s happier to see moms and dads and their sometimes noisy gang in the pews, rather than for them to stay away.
However, if you need some reassurance, or ways to make Mass as meaningful as it can be when you have kids in tow, click on the slideshow below for a few ideas.
