Do you lead a company? Run a small business? You might be a perfect fit for the annual SENT Fellowship.

SENT Ventures is calling on Catholic leaders and entrepreneurs to apply for their one-year virtual fellowship. Among other things, the program includes the following:

  • Access to an advisory board of other Catholic founders and leaders
  • Mentorship from leading business executives
  • Access to workshops and networking events with top leaders
  • Spiritual formation customized for the busy entrepreneurial leader

SENT Ventures is a support network for Catholic entrepreneurs, apostolate leaders, and small business owners. Its founder, John Cannon, combined his successful business career with years spent in Carmelite monasteries (you can read more about his story here). The great saints who were “entrepreneurs of the spirit” inspired the creation of SENT Ventures.

“Our community is comprised of leaders hungry to take their business and themselves to the next level,” Cannon said in an interview with Aleteia.

If that sounds like you, turn in an application by August 2. You’ll join a community of people who share your passion for professional excellence and desire to grow spiritually.

“The year-long fellowship is a comprehensive transformational experience that weaves together business strategy development, practical spirituality, business mentorship, peer community, and accountability to fuel growth,” Cannon said.

SENT communities meet virtually on a monthly basis with a professional facilitator to journey together as a group through personal and spiritual formation, professional support and best practices, and genuine friendship and collaboration.

Past fellows say they’ve benefited greatly from the program.

“SENT has been enormously helpful for me in building Hallow,” said Alex Jones, CEO and Co-Founder of Hallow. “Having a community of fellow Catholic business leaders is a tremendous resource to bounce ideas off of and help keep you grounded.”

“I never thought that the SENT community would be what it has become for me. It is an absolute support system that has helped me grow as a Catholic, entrepreneur, person, husband, and father,” said Erich Beyer, CEO and founder of Archangel Capital.

SENT Ventures partnered with the OSV Institute and the University of Notre Dame’s IDEA Center to develop the world’s first accelerator to integrate world-class business and entrepreneurship approaches with deep Catholic spirituality. The accelerator was part of the OSV Innovation Challenge in which 350 innovative Catholic initiatives competed for $300,000 in prizes.

Cannon said, “We’ve had the privilege of fueling leaders in a wide range of organizations, from venture-backed startups to large non-profits. We receive best-in-class ratings and feedback from our Fellows so we’re confident the SENT Fellowship can be of tremendous value.”

If you’re a Catholic leader ready to break through to the next level, check out the SENT Ventures website or attend an upcoming information session. Hopefully the fellowship program will be just what you are looking for.
