But for all the right reasons!

A recent TikTok video has emerged of a young couple giving their guests a very surprising “first dance” during their wedding celebrations.

The beautiful bride started with a little speech explaining that her parents thought they were going to begin with a traditional Filipino first dance, where guests place money in the bride and groom’s clothes. However, the newlyweds had something very different in mind.

The couple shared that instead of the traditional dance, they’d be shaving their heads in honor of the bride’s mother who is battling cancer. They invited guests to come and give the money they’d normally offer as a gift to be donated to a cancer charity instead.

Then, as everybody watched, the couple shaved their perfectly coiffed hair. While the bride was definitely blessed with a glorious head of hair, seeing her newly shaved head and her smile from ear to ear made her look all the more beautiful.

This compassionate gesture is touching for many reasons: the couple not only raised money for cancer patients, but also began their married life thinking of others. And the already beautiful bride and groom seemed all the more beautiful with their new matching hair styles!
