Leo was “condemned to death” by cancer. He had just 6 months left to live, but he transformed them into a 6-year masterpiece. How? With faith, a positive outlook, courage, and tenacity.

His motto? “Full speed ahead!” (“Avanti tutta!”) This also became the name of the association he founded for people with cancer. He multiplied his life by giving it to others. Leo ran the New York Marathon twice, and now he has crossed his most important finish line
