Anyone trying to stick to a resolution is going to run into exactly what an addict might deal with on a daily basis — because after all, a long-standing habit is just another kind of addiction.
Everyone wants to start the new year off on the right foot, and make some real changes. That’s great! It’s just less great when only days after making the resolution you see that you’ve already failed.
