These new Jesuit meditations will help you find comfort.

In addition to seeking professional help, it’s important for those suffering from mental health challenges to bring their experiences to God in prayer. Sometimes that’s easier said than done, but guess what? There’s an app for that.

In honor of mental health awareness week, the app Pray As You Go released a series of meditations on various mental health struggles to help you bring your trials to God in prayer.

Combining music, scripture, and reflection, the series includes meditations on anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, addiction, and more. The app is part of a larger initiative from Jesuits in Britain to help those who struggle with mental and emotional issues.
