In Monday night’s National Championship college football game, true freshman quarterback Tua Tagovailoa won the game for the University of Alabama in dramatic fashion with a 42-yard pass in overtime. Alabama beat the University of Georgia, 26-23, despite a missed field goal in the last seconds of the 4th quarter and a 16-yard sack at the start of the winning drive. It wasn’t just the thrilling game that had Twitter on fire — it was what the young freshman had to say afterwards:
May God continue to bless your football ministry Tua Tagovailoa. pic.twitter.com/ErhqttOtg8

His faith, seemed to thrill fans as much as his performance on the field.
Tua thanked God 3 times. True freshman on the biggest stage of all didn’t forget the most important thing of all.

Don’t really like Bama that much but really like the QB for Bama, Tua Tagovailoa, first thing he does is thank God for everything after the game and comes into the game with crosses painted on his face. That’s how it should be done

Can’t even be mad at Tua… his post game speech was on point and gave all the glory to God! Respect my guy 💪🏾

S/o to Alabama’s QB, Tua Tagovailoa, for not being afraid to thank God in his after game interview. Really admirable.
