“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6)
Many a cradle Catholic has learned the Our Father as a child, perhaps even so young that you don’t recall actually memorizing it; it’s just always been a part of your life. And I’m sure many a parent has fought to get their children to pay attention during Mass or to say their prayers. Still, praying as a family is an important and sacred time, especially in the lives of young children.
