Hillsong United was originally started as part of the Hillsong Church youth group. There were 2 bands back in the 90s: Powerhouse (ages 18 – 25) and Wildlife (ages 12-17). In 1998, the two merged to form the one band Hillsong United and recorded their first live album, Everyday.
The band released 13 live albums since 1999, and began recording studio albums in 2007. All 5 albums have reached #1 on the US Christian Billboard list. Their 2013 album, Zion, features the hit
