In the aftermath of the recent tragedies in London, many celebrities have come forward to show support for those impacted and to bring some hope to those most affected. Today, the firefighters at Chelsea Fire Station shared photos on Facebook of a surprise visit they received from Adele. Sporting a summer dress and no make-up, Adele brought them cakes as an act of kindness.
Station manager Ben King said: “She just turned up at the station and knocked on the window and said she has some cakes for us. So we opened the door to her and then she took her sunglasses off and said: ‘Hi, I’m Adele.'”
After visiting with them over a cup of tea (and sharing some laughs too), the pop star also joined them for a minute of silence. The firefighters shared the joyful occasion on Facebook to show their appreciation for all the support they’ve received from their community.
