Rapper Nicki Minaj, who has experienced a meteoric rise to fame in the last decade, is giving back to her followers. CBSnews reports that after one fan asked if Minaj would pay their student loan debts, the pop star agreed and even opened the offer up to her other Twitter followers, under one condition:
