A whole course on Dante’s Divine Comedy, from Yale University, is up on YouTube

Daniel Esparza - published on 02/02/17

And, trust us, you don’t want to miss it

You’ve probably seen some of our previous posts on Dante’s Divine Comedy, like the one in which we published the most accurate map of his Inferno, or another one on how can Dante save your life, or even one on the nine circles of hell built with Lego blocks. However, we have never published something as instructive as this post from OpenCulture: a whole video series uploaded on YouTube, featuring Yale University professor Giuseppe Mazzota’s free course on Dante’s Divine Comedy, called Dante in Translation. You can watch every single one of the 24 lectures that constitute the whole course even if you never set foot on campus.

Bonus: you can check the whole syllabus here, if you happen to be interested in further readings.

Enjoy!
