Cecilia Music is ready in the starting block for World Youth Day 2016, the most important Catholic event uniting young people from around the world.

He could we possibly forget the music?

In Krakow, the Halleluiah Music Festival will be at center stage. It’s sponsored by the Shalom Community, a private international association recognized by the Vatican in 2008 which has spread and distinguished itself for its missionary work around the world.

This tremendous music festival will be held in Szczepanski Square in Krakow, July 27-29. Save the date!

The same event attracted thousands of people in Brazil; just consider that it all began at Fortaleza, northeast of Brazil, 20 years ago. We’re absolutely certain it will be a success!

Singers from various music genres will be in attendance. A few of the soloists and bands that have already confirmed are: Missionário Shalom, Davidson Silva and Alto Louvor (Brazil); Rex Band and Master Plan (Índia); PJ Anderson (USA); The Sun (Italy); Hope (France) and so many others.

Each Wednesday on Cecilia we will present you with some of the artists you can expect to see at the Halleluiah Festival. Continue to follow us on: cecilia.aleteia.org
