WATCH: What Has God Done for You Lately?

Zoe Romanowsky - published on 03/12/16

There are limits in this world, but there is always more of God

We can become so focused on our struggles, our daily tasks and schedules, that we forget to remember all that God has done for us.

In this 14th and last episode of the Wild Goose Is Loose series on the Holy Spirit, Fr. Dave Pivonka speaks about the necessity of focusing on the blessings of the Holy Spirit. He says we often limit God, because we’re used to living in a world of limits, but the Scriptures remind us that the Lord doesn’t ration his Spirit, he doesn’t hold back. There is always more of God — more mercy, more forgiveness, kindness, generosity, forgiveness, love. We need to ask for it. And when we receive it, we’re called to share it and witness to it. There is no limit to what God desires to do in our lives.

For the one whom God sent speaks the words of God. He does not ration his gift of the Spirit.—John 3:34
