WATCH: Two Sisters Bring a Fresh Sound to “Amazing Grace”

Zoe Romanowsky - published on 02/13/16

The classic hymn remains a favorite, even among young musicians

Just when you think you’ve heard every rendition of “Amazing Grace,” along comes a version that makes you sit up and pay attention. This one, performed by two sisters named Kendra and Krista, is a beautiful rendition of the classic, which was originally written by the English clergyman and poet, John Newton. Apparently, the hymn was a favorite of the women’s grandmother and mother, so the singing sisters dedicated it to both of them for Mother’s Day.
