Pope Francis Asks English Pilgrims in Rome to Pray for the Synod

Pope Francis welcomed English pilgrims and visitors to this week’s Wednesday audience, naming many of the countries they come from. With the bishops’ synod on the family underway, he specifically asked families to pray for the synod and to recommit their families to Christ. He called all families to be witnesses to  mercy and love of God in the world.
