Now his popular Humans of New York (HONY) project draws fans from across the world and has almost 11 million followers on Facebook. Stanton’s success resides in his ability to put people at ease and get them to share very personal and poignant stories. Some are funny, some are touching, some are tragic. In this Fox News interview, Stanton says he believes HONY is popular because peering into another’s life helps us feel less alone.
